San mai paring knife.

The 90mm long x 20mm tall blade features an Aogami Super core with a “modern wrought” cladding. A layer of copper has also been added between the core and cladding. The san mai barstock is produced locally by Jezz from Oblivion Blades.

The blade has a kurouchi (forged) finish with wide etched bevels. The spine has been rounded and polished for user comfort.

The handle is 110mm long and is constructed from a piece of natural Sambar stag antler tip.
