Hand forged san mai boning knife in Takefu Vtoku2 san mai.

The san mai blade has a Vtoku2 carbon steel core with multi layer suminagashi (damascus) cladding. 50:50 sabre grind, will suit both right and left handed users.

Handle is made from a beautiful piece of native Gidgee timber. Gidgee is a hard and dense desert timber with a beautiful rich colour and fine grain.

Blade length 145mm tip to handle.

Blade width 25mm tall at the heel.

Handle length 125mm and overall length is 270mm.
